Karan Rai lives in Milton Keynes with his wife and two children. His family and friends would say that he is a very sociable person with a good sense of humour. When not working, Karan enjoys watching cricket, investing in shares and keeping up to date with the current housing market. He has outstanding knowledge of the local property market, not just in Bedfordshire but also in Buckinghamshire.
Karan is a Mortgages and Protection Provider Professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, and has been focusing within the Mortgage and Protection industry since 2015. He has also held numerous management positions including senior management roles in both small and corporate companies. His background in mortgages and protection enlighten his attentive but yet competitive approach, for which he has received a vast number of monthly and yearly awards.
Having worked in the corporate environment he is able to step out and not just deliver but also focus on client needs. He is committed to helping his clients and make their purchase a more straightforward and less stressful process.
Karan’s hunger for understanding has assisted numerous applicants acquire their chosen house, whether it is for first time buyers, first time landlords or professional/portfolio landlords looking to maximise their investment to receive maximum return.
His aim is to work from the clients’ side and help all applicants from the initial stage of looking for the right property through to finding the right mortgage and solicitors – right up to receiving the keys to their new home.

Trainee Mortgage Adviser
Ibrahim holds a higher education in Accountancy and Business Management Level 2. He is currently working towards his CeMAP qualification, which he hopes to complete this year.
Ibrahim is confident and approachable; he is not just an enthusiastic capable individual but also a reliable individual who strives to achieve the best in all areas. His favourite motto is, “what’s best for you, is surely best for me”.
Ibrahim’s background involves working as a Banking Advisor for a reputable company. His role involved strong problem-solving skills and building rapport. Duties included were discussing interest rates, account charges, and fees with customers. This enabled him to develop deeper personal and customer service skills, helping individuals with their finances.
Ibrahim is also an ex-franchisee for a courier company in his local town, where he built strong organisational skills along with some basic management skills, always having entrepreneurial aspirations. His new interest has been in real estate.
Eager to learn new skills and further enhance his career, Ibrahim has joined the team where he is keen to build upon his knowledge and continue to learn within this sector and widen his expertise in the industry.
