Karan Rai lives in Milton Keynes with his wife and three children. His family and friends would say that he is a very sociable person with a good sense of humour. When not working, Karan enjoys watching cricket, investing in shares and keeping up to date with the current housing market. He has outstanding knowledge of the local property market, not just in Bedfordshire but also in Buckinghamshire.
Karan is a Mortgages and Protection Provider Professional with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, and has been focusing within the Mortgage and Protection industry since 2015. He has also held numerous management positions including senior management roles in both small and corporate companies. His background in mortgages and protection enlighten his attentive but yet competitive approach, for which he has received a vast number of monthly and yearly awards.
Having worked in the corporate environment he is able to step out and not just deliver but also focus on client needs. He is committed to helping his clients and make their purchase a more straightforward and less stressful process.
Karan’s hunger for understanding has assisted numerous applicants acquire their chosen house, whether it is for first time buyers, first time landlords or professional/portfolio landlords looking to maximise their investment to receive maximum return.
