Senior Administrator / Trainee Mortgage Consultant
Since 2013, Sharon has built extensive experience in the property industry, specialising in lettings, administration and property inventories. In 2016, she founded her own inventory company, providing professional inventory services to a wide range of clients and organisations.
Over the past three years, she has expanded her experience within the mortgage industry, working on a wide variety of cases, including Right to Buy, Buy-to-Let, residential purchases, remortgages and portfolio landlords. During this time, she has worked with a diverse range of clients, gaining valuable experience in understanding individual circumstances and providing a professional, organised service throughout the mortgage process.
Throughout her career, she has developed strong, organisational, communication and administrative skills, along with a keen eye for detail. She prides herself on being dedicated, reliable and committed to delivering a high standard in everything she does.
Raluca Olteanu

Raluca Olteanu is a Mortgage & Protection Adviser with over 18 months of industry experience. She is known for her structured, transparent and education-led approach, supporting first-time buyers, self-employed clients, property investors and homeowners with tailored mortgage and protection solutions. With strong local market knowledge and bilingual English-Romanian communication, Raluca is committed to delivering clear guidance, regulatory excellence and a warm, professional client experience – helping customers make confident, informed decisions throughout their property journey.

Meet Poonam
Poonam is a qualified Independent Mortgage Adviser with five years of experience in the mortgage industry. Starting her career as a Mortgage Administrator and progressing into mortgage advice, Poonam has developed strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a genuine dedication to helping clients achieve their property goals.
Poonam supports clients across a wide range of mortgage needs, including first-time buyers, remortgages, buy-to-lets, portfolio landlords, HMOs and multi-unit properties. She takes a personal approach, guiding clients through each stage with clear, straightforward advice and helping make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Poonam also speaks Hindi and some Punjabi and Gujarati, helping her communicate with and support a wider range of clients.
Outside of work, Poonam is a proud mum to two beautiful daughters and enjoys spending quality time with her family and watching films. Poonam’s aim is simple: to provide dedicated, personal and professional advice that helps clients move forward with confidence.
